To obtain your visa/permit, we require advance payment, ideally made at least 7 days before your trip. This allows us ample time to arrange all necessary formalities securely.
You'll need to provide us with a scan of your passport's data page or, if you're an Indian citizen, a voter's card. Additionally, we'll need a passport-sized photograph. It's essential that your passport remains valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned arrival date.
Travel insurance is mandatory for entry into Bhutan..
Once your visa/permit is approved, we'll send you the official Visa/Permit clearance. You'll need to present this document when checking in for your flight to Bhutan or at a land border crossing.
In addition to the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF), tourists are responsible for covering the costs of required services, which may include lodging, transportation, guide fees, entry fees, and meals, among others.
Air tickets to Bhutan cannot be purchased without visa clearance. Your airfare, which is not included in the holiday price, must be remitted alongside the tour costs. This airfare is forwarded to the National Airline Druk Air's bank account. Tickets can only be purchased once Druk Air receives the money along with your visa clearance.
Upon your arrival, the visa will be stamped in your passport, and two passport photos will also be required. Visas are generally issued for a 15-day period. If you plan to stay longer, we can arrange for a visa extension.
As your chosen host in Bhutan, we handle all necessary travel arrangements upon receiving your tour costs. Your only task is to relax and look forward to your holiday.
